John provided excellent service. Potentially saving us thousands of dollars. We were so happy we used him a second time! The first was for a purchase of an investment property where John negotiated the contract to our favor. The second was for my home we bought a few months ago. The owner had passed ...away about 2yrs ago and house was in an estate. Seller was a veteran and paid almost no taxes. The estate was still paying taxes on the home as if a veteran. It was a differance of 8,000 a year. John with his experiance and expertise in real estate law advised that we hold escrow for that amount because the county can come back and ask me the new owner to pay the difference. I did my research and he was spot on. Happened to a poor couple in queens who are now fighting to not pay the taxes since they didn't own the home at the time the taxes weren't paid in full. John and his team have excellent attention to detail. Always answering phone or responding to emails. Highly recommend
