After meeting John and his family at my store and getting to know him, I realized that I was with the wrong attorney. I was so grateful John was willing to take my case over. He answered all my questions and always kept in touch with me. Even if he didn't have an answer, he would tell me that he woul...d get back to me and he always followed through. He worked very hard on my case to get it settled despite setbacks from the insurance company. He was willing to meet me at times that were convenient for me in order to have paperwork signed. I was referred to John through my uncle who is an accountant to help rectify the errors I caused in attempting to incorporate my small business myself (an all-time bonehead move), properly establish the business, and also draft a customer service agreement. You could imagine my embarrassment in me...eting with John, having to explain to someone who graduated law school and passed his bar why I thought I was just as qualified as he to incorporate a business, and what I could have possibly been thinking. After the initial laughter subsided, he assured me these sorts of things happen all the time, and I was right in seeking out a professional's (and I cannot stress that term enough when discussing John) assistance in establishing the company properly. Clearly red-faced and totally regretful for my idiotic behavior, he worked with me in correctly registering the company with the state, and drafting up all the necessary documentation to have a legally legitimate business. I was completely blown away by all the effort and professionalism John provided me, a small business owner who would easily be thrown on the back-burner by any other less courteous attorney. I could not even begin to describe to you how relieved I was while signing the documents for my business knowing I had the wisdom and knowledge of John behind every article, letter, and bylaw. Needless to say, I left his office that day feeling absolutely invigorated and enlivened, knowing I was back on track, and confident in the fact I had a true legal professional looking out for me, as well as my business. Then came the customer service agreement, and John once again did not fail in surpassing any and all expectations I had. The services I wanted to provide through my company apparently got lost in translation, and John thought he was drafting an agreement for a company which performed only one function, while, in reality, that was just one of many services I want to offer my clients. I felt terrible, as it seemed as though I tricked John into thinking this was going to be easier than it actually would be, but he was unfazed (amazingly), and patiently worked with me in developing a service agreement which took all of those tasks I wish to perform into consideration, as well as legally guard me from not only litigation, but also an individual not fulfilling their end of the agreement. As a matter of fact, John sent me the initial draft of my contract, and I asked him to include a couple new elements to ensure all of the services I wanted to provide were accounted for, and I thought for sure he would be fed up with me at this point. Nothing could have been further from the truth!!!! We got on the phone to discuss the additions, and by the next day the contract was completed in its entirety, incorporating all those points we discussed. I was over the moon excited, and felt incredibly grateful to John for all the work he did; he was so kind, so patient, so understanding, and so receptive, I cannot imagine working with anyone else. Long story short, John is the best. Period. He is a talented, brilliant, vigilant, industrious, compassionate, reflective attorney who is not only at the top of his class professionally, but he is also a nice all around guy. I did not feel like John was just my attorney; I felt as though he was my ally and confidant throughout this entire process, and I trusted him every step of the way. I could not be more happy with this experience, and cannot possibly suggest John to others enough, because he made this process so seamless, so fluid, and so painless. Anytime anyone asks me about a lawyer in the future, John will be the one I suggest because I know I can count on him to do a superb job, and I know I can trust him wholeheartedly. If you need an attorney, do yourself a favor and meet with John. He is the best attorney anyone could ask for.
