I have settled or litigated to conclusion over 1,500 Divorce cases as well as successfully represented numerous clients on appeal.
I have litigated Divorce cases involving all aspects of Child Custody and Parenting Access, Equitable Distribution, Business and Professional Practice Valuations, Separate Property Claims, Maintenance, both durational and lifetime, Child Support, College Costs, Paternity and Child Abuse and Neglect matters in all Metropolitan NY Counties as well as a number of Upstate Venues.
In 2012, I was selected by the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts { AFCC } NY divsion to make a presentation to the attendees of the Annual Convention and to co-chair a panel discussion on the issue of children and lying in custody matters.

Definitely recommend
I used Barry twice, once for my intial divorce and once 25 years later to sue my ex-husband for back child support. He got me what I considered an excellent settlement the first time, and close to $100K in back child support the second time. Need I say more?
