After years of wasting time and money on other attorneys, whose first goal was to bill the hell out of me, with little emphasis on advocating, Howard was a voice of reason and a true advocate for me. I'm grateful for his excellent lawyering. He's a rare breed in the arena of matrimonial and fam...ily law. He's level-headed and does a great job keeping his clients focused and on the right path, but he's never one to give in either if he thinks the issue requires his advocacy. Very sharp on his feet.

My sister is the one who found Mr. Jurist, unfortunately it was when he crushed her own lawyer during her divorce. Her ex made out so well that my sister actually recommended Mr. Jurist...highly recommended him, to her boss, my ex-sister in law (long story), and me among others. Mr. Jurist is a tru...e gentleman, and an EXCELLENT attorney - they say the only one who wins in a divorce are the lawyers, this is not always true, Mr. Jurist is the proof. He has been an enormous help to me on child support issues in both Family Court and Supreme Court. I had a complicated divorce, separation, custody & domestic violence case. This attorney was inept in handling these issues and made decisions based on his own judgement not what reasonable alternatives I (the client) wanted and often chose legal paths of less resistance which hurt my outcome in the ...end. Very dissapointed.
