hire Peter T Roach & Associates if you want to close
i sold my co-op apartment this past Fall. i had a particularly difficult buyer, who constantly sought concessions from me even after contract. i was nervous from Day 1 that i was going to lose the sale, but with the help of peter t roach and associates, i closed and came out ahead. throughout the process the staff of peter t roach and associates answered my endless emails and phone calls, explained the intricacies of the legal negotiations, and kept me well apprised of the status of negotiations. i will certainly retain peter t roach when i am ready to close on my purchase in the Spring!‎
