I had bought into a business that promised me $100,000.00 worth of credit that never materialized, causing me to go from about $8K in debt, to close to $30K in debt. Mr Berger then told me that the creditors were allowed 60 days to dispute my case, & if all went well, the discharge would be filed 30 days later. This 90 day projection would end about the beginning of March, 2018.
