Daniel James Cronin

DANIEL J. CRONIN, ESQ., who has maintained a private practice since 1999. His concentration for the firm is in real estate and bank closings. Mr. Cronin handles all aspects of residential and commercial transactions, including cooperatives and condominiums. If there is a matter that this office does not handle, Mr. Cronin will work to get you the representation that you require. Including counsel that has the experience and knowledge to handle any situation. Mr. Cronin represents various institutional and private lenders who provide loans on commercial and residential real estate transactions. Mr. Cronin is also counsel to several title companies in New York State providing assistance on clearance and closing of title issues. He also represents lenders and borrowers on reverse mortgages. Mr. Cronin is admitted to practice in the State of Connecticut and New York. He is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. In 1999, Mr. Cronin received his Juris Doctor degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law and in 1994, a B.A. from SUNY Stony Brook, where he majored in Political Science.
