Michael H. Ricca

Michael H. Ricca focuses primarily on criminal defense cases representing individuals charged with serious offenses in federal and state courts.  He has dedicated his legal career to helping individuals who are targeted by the government for criminal investigations and prosecution.  Most notably Mr. Ricca has demonstrated a commitment to public interest particularly assisting in the representation of hundreds of indigent criminal defendants. 

Mr. Ricca obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a concentration in Politics and Law from Binghamton University. He went on to receive his MBA from Adelphi University in which he was a member of the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society. While attending law school at Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Mr. Ricca worked as a research assistant where he explored many novel legal issues.  While in law school he was named to the Dean’s List and received the CALI award in Academic Excellence in the Criminal Law Externship.

Mr. Ricca is a passionate advocate for criminal defendants and strives to ensure that his client’s rights are protected. Mr. Ricca is admitted to practice in the New York State Courts as well as the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. He is currently a member of the New York State Bar Association, Nassau County Bar Association and the Federal Bar Council.
