My daughter got herself into some trouble and we can not thank this woman enough for all she did for her. She not only took on my daughters case fastly but immediately started coming up with the best possible outcomes for her as well. She took the time to discuss every ramification of this situation ...as throughly as possible and was a great advocate for our daughter. She responded very fastly to phone calls and or emails. I would highly recommend Latoya James to anyone, she was phenomenal.

My ex got an order of protection against me and had me thrown out of my house based on lies. I had no access to my kids or my stuff. It was a complete nightmare. Don't be stupid , don't believe people when they say you don't need a lawyer, that's BS, don't take a court appointed lawyer, hire a good lawyer and get it done right.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about using La Toya James as an attorney in my custody/visitation case. Ms. James commands respect in the courtroom. She is well-known, respected and liked in the courts. My referee actually told me she has a tremendous respect for my attorney! You will see h...er very busy at the courts in and out of the courtrooms, but she smiles at you and you know it will be ok and you are not alone. (It can be very overwhelming in the courts) As busy as she is when you are next to her in the courts or talking with her on the phone you always feel like you are her only client. On two separate occasions while I was with Ms. James people approached her for her card because they had been watching her during the day and liked the way she presents herself in the courts and when speaking with her clients. Her reputation as an authoritative and assertive attorney precedes her when asking around everyone said she is great and she was amazing to watch in action! When you have the right attorney it takes a lot of stress off of you!

My mother helped me to research attorneys online for my Family Court Custody case. I called many and consulted with three. I was nervous about hiring someone my daughters age to represent me.
