Thank God for the person who told me to call LaToya James. LaToya is THE WOMAN. No nonsense, all buisness, tell it like it is kinda person. At the same time, one of the kindest people ever. She feels like the big sister you run and get when someone is messing with you on the playground. She makes h...er clients feel safe and protected. But she’s a total BEAST and SAVAGE and she protects you. When she speaks, everyone listens. From the day I hired her to the day my case was settled took 1 month. I got everything I wanted. I know people have cases in family court for years. I owe my life and my kids lives to LaToya. Do whatever you have to to get her on your side, you do not want her representing the other side against you. Her prices were reasonable, she always got right back to me and answered all of my questions. She laid out a plan for my case and everything turned out exactly the way she said it would. I also liked that I only dealt with her directly. I would give LaToya 10 stars.

Ms. James assisted and represented me in court for a domestic order of protection. Even though we are dealing with the Covid-19 virus and there are many cases, Ms. James promptly returned every phone call and provided me with answers to my questions and advice. We were able to conduct all processes b...y telephone. Ms. James is very professional. She kept me informed as necessary and emailed court paperwork immediately as it became available. I am very grateful for her assistance during a very stressful period.

LaToya is vicious. She represents the interests of her clients like no one else. She is honest right from the beginning, if you don’t have a case she will tell you. If you have a case she will tell you exactly what to do to make it better. Trust her. Many times when we were in court other attorneys w...ould approach her and ask for her advice. My judge even asked LaToya’s opinion about a legal question. All of the court employees responded positively when I said she was my lawyer. She always got back to me quickly, she answered all of my questions and was so easy to talk to. The best part was watching her on trial. It was totally gratifying to see my ex have to answer for all of the bs he put me and my children through. He was in the tiger cage and she would not let him out. I’ve never seen anyone take control the way she does. LaToya is such a force in the courtroom. She demands respect for herself and for her clients and she gets it. I hope to never have to go back to court but if I do, LaToya is my lawyer for ever!

Latoya James has been a blessing. Not only does she have a great personality that is easy to connect with, she is amazing at what she does.
