Divorce is a process driven by the court system in new York and it is not an efficient system and many things are beyond your control and understanding. After completing this process can say I was well represented by John. He is empathetic and understands the human side of a divorce, he has a deep... understanding of the law, and is extremely detailed oriented and really goes deep into the numbers and details. He listened, educated me, argued with me, talked me off the ledge more than once, and assertively represented my interests. I first recommend avoiding the courts and dueling attorney- but if you must I recommend you at least speak to John before taking a step in that direction.
