The Whiteman is my man

After many years of working with a an attorney whom I assumed was the benchmark standard of excellence, I was finally proven wrong. Disappointing results from my attorney with whom I maintained a multi year relationship with. I took a chance and inquired about a particular matter through the Quatel...a Chimeri firm. Their response was confident and reassuring enough for me to retain Mr. Whiteman for my custody matter. The case was complicated, with multiple turns, and snags along the way, however Mr. Whiteman handled the process with professionalism, and conviction. I learned that although one may not appreciate the immediate short term dynamics of the case, Mr. Whiteman convinced me to "Trust the process" and place my faith in his ability. A comment I will never forget, as it proved to be accurate. It was Mr. Whiteman's tactic, and overall commitment to winning and remaining true to the process that resulted in a victory for my case. My family is in a much better, more stable place today as a result of the hard work and tireless efforts of Mr. Whiteman, and the entire Quatela Chimeri firm. Using them was a very smart decision, and a choice I would advocate to anyone in need of competent marital law assistance.

Ms.

A divorce is not something one ever thinks they will go through. I had never, in my life, thought I would have to deal with something of this magnitude, anything involving an attorney and my future - all by myself. And there I was, having to do just that. I was nervous, anxious and very emotional. Th...e Joseph Law Group came highly recommended by a friend and I went for a consultation. I was introduced to John Whiteman the day I signed my retainer and I can honestly say I am so thankful that he was the attorney assigned to my divorce case. At our first meeting (I was a crying mess) he gave me a box of tissues and listened to me attentively and patiently, asked questions and explained the beginning process of the divorce. He calmed my anxieties and fears and assured me we would get through this together. There was an ease about him from the moment we met. My divorce was a 15 month process - with many ups and downs-and he remained the exact same person throughout those months as he was when we first met. I can honestly say that I am beyond thankful that John was by my side. He was ALWAYS respectful, honest, forthcoming and attentive to me and my feelings, and any questions or concerns I may have had about my case. Even questions that I thought might seem silly never were to him...all of my concerns were important, every one of them. He was always thorough in his explanations and as we moved forward, continued to be. He was always available and responded to me in a very timely manner...even through Covid and the delays that it caused. A divorce is not an easy process for most, at least it was not for me. John always calmed me down when I felt I was on the edge - just a genuine and compassionate human being. His knowledge of divorce and the laws that come with it is impeccable. He was honest from the beginning to the very end. He went over every aspect, each step, as we went through them together - all in terms I could understand. He always kept me up to date with any and all correspondence and any changes that were possibly happening from my ex husband and his attorney. In closing I want to say that John is an amazing lawyer who was very loyal to my case, to me, and to all of my concerns. He did everything he possibly could and then some to help me reach the best possible outcome and he succeeded. I do not want to forget to mention the wonderful office staff as well. Everyone in the office was helpful and kind to me - whether it was a phone call, an email, or a meeting at the office. I would HIGHLY recommend John Whiteman III should you ever need a divorce attorney. He is in my opinion the best attorney you could ask for, by far.

Attention to Details

A divorce procedure is complex, emotional, and mostly an inefficient process in New York. Dealing with a difficult x, John not only kept his cool and always displayed a level of professionalism, but was tough (really tough) when he needed to be in representing my case. His attention and accuracy ...to details and numbers is what stands out the most. He was responsive to questions and always kept me in the loop about filed papers. Joseph Law Group has a tightly woven group of staff professionals who also walked me through a long process. Without reservation, I highly recommend John to get you through this tough time.

Complete Satisfaction

I can't say enough about my experience with Joseph Law Group. I came to them at a very difficult time of my life. I was with a previous attorney for a few years and felt as if my rights were not fully represented. Additional to that, losing my Father I was very lost. I sat with Joseph Law Group and ...explained my situation and listened to what they said I could expect if they represented me. I decided to go ahead and hire them. I will say this, from the start I began to feel very comfortable with my decision and I trusted my attorney's plan for moving forward. Whenever I had a question about the so many unknowns in a divorce, which is an emotional process, I felt comfortable with my attorney's answers and plan. In the end, I could not be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Joseph Law Group, Not only was my attorney amazing, but the office staff and whom ever I dealt with were all very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I am now on my way to the next Peaceful chapter of my life.
