Solid, get the job done lawyer
Tim has done all of my real estate transactions. He understands that his job is to watch my back while at the same time getting the deal done. Too many lawyers find ways to kill a deal. Tim will do the risk management analysis and tell you where we need to tighten the wording so I do not get hurt....
