Andrew Matthew Lieb

Andrew M. Lieb is the Managing Partner of Lieb at Law, P.C., with a practice focus on litigation and compliance. Mr. Lieb provides a wide range of legal services on such topics as discrimination (real estate, employment, & education), real estate brokerage license law litigation / compliance, title litigation / compliance, contractual / commercial litigation, landlord / tenant needs, and more.

Mr. Lieb is admitted to practice law in the states of New York, Connecticut, and Colorado as well as in the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Lieb is one of the premiere lecturers on real estate and discrimination legal issues in the Metro NY area, lecturing to tens of thousands of students including real estate agents and attorneys. Mr. Lieb is the founder of Lieb School, a licensed New York State real estate school offering continuing education courses. An active participant in many regional and national bar associations, Mr. Lieb is currently an appointed committee member to the Diversity and Inclusion section of the New York State Bar Association and has previously served as co-chair to the Real Property Committee of the Suffolk County Bar Association. Mr. Lieb also teaches continuing legal education courses on real estate and discrimination to attorneys nationwide.

Mr. Lieb is a media legal analyst and has been interviewed on national and regional news stations, including NBC, NBCLX, TV 55, CBS, ABC, Court TV, Fox 5 NY, Fox 19, Pix 11, Newsy, and BNC. Mr. Lieb is a radio personality and serves as the host of The Lieb Cast with podcasts available at . He is formerly the co-host of Eye on Real Estate, WNYM, with Dottie Herman.
