Took my medical malpractice case and let it sit for many years. Weeks after my trial was scheduled she filed to withdraw as my attorney instead of getting me ready to go to trial. She said there was no malpractice! And there was. This nurse does what she feels like and not what is needed. Then ...she put a lien on my legal file for the case so I could not get another attorney. After my initial intake I was told to obtain my own records and to basically do all of my own work. Once I had obtained all of my records I sent them to her office where they remained for months not given any attention. I was then asked for a large sum of money to have my records examined by a doc...tor.
