Took my medical malpractice case and let it sit for many years. Weeks after my trial was scheduled she filed to withdraw as my attorney instead of getting me ready to go to trial. She said there was no malpractice! And there was. This nurse does what she feels like and not what is needed. Then ...she put a lien on my legal file for the case so I could not get another attorney.
