Daniel Fier

Daniel Fier is a partner at FIER LAW OFFICE, P.C. He is a graduate of Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he graduated cum laude in May 2013.

While at Touro, he served as Business Editor of the Touro Law Review, an editorial board position. He has two publications which were published in the Law Review: I’ll Take “Improper Declarations of Mistrial” for $2,: Applying the Protection Against Double Jeopardy, a case study reviewing the 5th Amendment protection against double jeopardy, and It’s in the Bag: Voluntariness, Scope, and the Authority to Grant Consent, a study on fundamental protections against search and seizure and the limitations of law enforcement’s ability to search under the 4th Amendment.  Additionally, he served as the Student Bar Association Vice President (Evening Division) during the 2011-12 academic year and Clerk of the Rolls for the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity during the 2012-13 academic year.

Daniel has worked at FIER LAW OFFICE, P.C., as a legal assistant for several years prior to becoming an attorney admitted to practice in New York in January 2014. Daniel is also a member of the Rotary Club of the Ronkonkomas.  

Daniel received his Bachelors of Arts Degree with a Major in History (along with a secondary education certification) from Saint Joseph’s College in Patchogue, New York.
