When I was selling my house in 2013 I used Steven Kuzma as my real estate lawyer, what a thief! His fee was $1000 which was fine at first. After our first contract fell through he wanted to charge us $1000 a second time and after that deal fell through a third. Long story short, we got a different la...wyer that would charge us one time and not for every little thing. Once the paper work is drafted it isn't worth $1000 to have a buyers name and addressed changed if the first deal doesn't go through. Never again!

Stephen and his supporting staff were great. Kathy made me feel very comfortable asking any question l had. Kathy was always responsive and prompt in returning phone calls or emails. This firm did an awesome job removing a great deal of stress from the sale and purchase of a new home, I used them... for both. They did a very good job coordinating the closing for both on same day.
