Stephen Joseph Kuzma

I was a buyer of a property in eastern Long Island NY. I have purchased and sold several properties over the years. Mr. Kuzma and staff were extremely helpful and I would recommend them as a buyers attorney. Mr. Kuzma spend a great deal of time with me, very personable....treated me like a client... and I felt he was working for "me" and it was not just another real estate transaction. His staff was great as well and I am more than happy with their services. 10 out of 10.....

Stephen was a referral from a few people that I know. He explained things every step of the way, and if I had any questions, no matter how insignificant I thought they were, they were always answered so that I could understand them. He made my first time home buying experience a breeze; every thing... went smoothly. I have already referred Stephen to other people that i know who are in need of legal services.

When I was selling my house in 2013 I used Steven Kuzma as my real estate lawyer, what a thief! His fee was $1000 which was fine at first. After our first contract fell through he wanted to charge us $1000 a second time and after that deal fell through a third. Long story short, we got a different la...wyer that would charge us one time and not for every little thing. Once the paper work is drafted it isn't worth $1000 to have a buyers name and addressed changed if the first deal doesn't go through. Never again!

Stephen and his supporting staff were great. Kathy made me feel very comfortable asking any question l had. Kathy was always responsive and prompt in returning phone calls or emails. This firm did an awesome job removing a great deal of stress from the sale and purchase of a new home, I used them... for both. They did a very good job coordinating the closing for both on same day. I recommend Stephen and his team highly.
