Not impressed
Real estate transaction. As soon as other side refused to release escrow funds after repair bills were submitted I was basically told I was on my own to fight for rightful monies due me.

Replied last October 10, 2017Every client signs a retainer which outlines that any further work needed after the closing is subject to an additional fee. I take pride in zealously representing my clients even after the closing is over, however, I need the cooperation of the client to do so.
