Biography
Mr. Milburn is originally from Long Island and has been a lifelong resident of Suffolk County. Upon graduation from Stony Brook University, Mr. Milburn attended the CUNY School of Law at Queens College. Mr. Milburn is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.
Upon graduation from law school in 1997, Mr. Milburn began his career handling workers’ compensation claims while working as a defense counsel for numerous insurance carriers and self-insured employers. Since 1999, Mr. Milburn’s practice has been limited exclusively to the representation of injured workers, volunteer firefighters and volunteer ambulance workers before the New York State Workers' Compensation Board. Mr. Milburn is also a member of the New York State Injured Workers' Bar Association. The Suffolk County Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
He enjoys boating and being outdoors.

Save yourself and find someone better
Horrible compensation lawyer. He never returned phone calls that were made to him. The paralegal always said he was out of office and would say that he would get back to me but again that never happened. He got paid for not doing his job. I will never recommend him to anyone,
