Unskilled and Unhelpful
Possibly the worst, most bumbling attorney I have seen in practice. At first I thought Mr. Gearty was using some kind of folksy antics as part of strategy, but it turns out in fact that he is not skilled or helpful.

Mr. Gearty does not explain himself well. You get letters and he doesn't even tell you that you would receive a letter. Any time you call him he tells you that the letter he sent you explains all. Does not return phone calls. He leaves you more confussed when you leave court or talk to him on the ...
