Their representations are very convincing. Intellectulaw represents a path to progress your innovation. Upon contractually engaging Intellectulaw their misrepresentations unfold. Intellectulaw informs their client that a primary funding resource does not support the type of patent you are pursuing. Intellectulaw makes no effort to line up a replacement funding resource. The next step is for Intellectulaw to advise their client to form an LLC Corporation with New York State. Intellectulaw states that an LLC is necessary to work with institutions they will be lining up. This step builds client enthusiasm with expectations of the innovator furthering their innovation. Forming the LLC is just another component providing a scam with the appearance of credibility. After obtaining your provisional patent the next stage represented by this firm does not materialize. Intellectulaw advises you that the institutions they initially presented to advance your provisional patent are no longer available. Intellectulaw makes no effort to engage replacement resources. Your phone messages and emails are not returned by Intellectulaw. If you’re seeking a path forward for your innovation don’t fall into the Intellectulaw scam. Take your time to search for a reputable intellectual property law firm. Seek out a lawyer who develops partnerships with innovators. Do not pay upfront. She submitted wrong pictures for a filing. She missed multiple deadlines which caused my applications to be abandoned and never even let me know. She was paid upfront for work only to learn nearly a year later that she never even paid the filing fees. Endless pattern of excuses an...d dodging including blaming employees, the mail, her server, etc on loop.

Filed in small claims court as this attorney has been dodging me and paying me money she admits to owing me for work she never did. Don’t pay her upfront that’s all I can tell you if you’re going to use her make her do and produce the work first ! And remade to see it as she lies about what she has ...done and filed. Oh and one patent she filed got bounced back - she didn’t do it correctly !
