Not a great experience
I was asked a bunch of questions by her paralegal and asked to submit a social security statement that would be forwarded to the lawyer(Sharmine). After sending the statement, I was sent an email saying they cannot take the case without any explanation. Maybe the case didnt have merit in her opinio...

Replied last April 22, 2024We are sorry to hear your experience was not what you expected. We do ask a lot of questions upfront and request a new prospective client provide us with information; this is so we can make an informed decision. We do not want to waste years on case or give a client false hope. Although we did not accept your case, we strongly recommend you seek a second opinion and hire counsel. We have rejected cases other attorneys have won and other attorneys have rejected cases and we have won those cases. Thank you for consulting with us. We wish you the best of luck.

Replied last August 27, 2019Dear Anonymous: I am sorry you had a negative experience with me. Please understand that sometimes it may take several weeks to investigate the viability of a case, particularly when many years of litigation has transpired w/ another law firm or the information provided is not sufficient and further query is warranted. We cannot and do not take all cases. We carefully screen cases before we take them on so as not to give the prospective client false hope or waste our time and resources. More importantly, we are not obligated to take on a case we feel has no merit. As you posted anonymously I cannot fully explain or reconcile your negative feelings. However, feel free to call my office and I would be willing to re- address your concerns. In the mean time, we wish you the best in search of counsel.
