Biography
My experience in wage and hour litigation started during my 30 career with the U. S. Department of Labor in the New York Regional Solicitor's Office. After learning how to prosecute employment cases I went to Epstein Becker & Green, PC and learned how to defend employers from allegations of violation, and provide compliance advice and counsel. From EBG I joined Joseph & Kirshenbaum where I prosecuted cases as class counsel.
Currently I apply my experience from both sides of employment issues to provide effective representation to clients who need my specialized skill set.
