Highly recommend

I hired Mr. Schillinger for consultation on a very sensitive legal matter. He was very professional and understanding. He explained everything that could happen pertaining to the case and answered all of my questions. I also appreciated his follow up call the following day to check in to see if I had... any further questions. I even called him again and he was readily available and took the time to speak to me. Case Dismissed Without Going To Trial!!

In November 2021, I was falsely accused by a cleaning woman in a major gaming facility of a sex crime, one of the worst crimes in America. They cowardly called the police and without doing any investigation, I was arrested and charged. I was devastated! Something like this has never happened to me.... A court appointed attorney was assigned to my case which was a nightmare. She wanted me to accept the offer from the District Attorney which would have been disadvantageous to me and my career in many ways. It was obvious that I was going down the wrong path with this attorney so I asked the judge to remove her from my case and appoint another attorney. The court appointed Mike Schillinger. The first time I met Mike, I was sitting in court and he came over and introduced himself as my new attorney. He appeared confident, easy going and professional. He listened to me thoroughly and assured me that he would work hard to achieve the best outcome for me. I was in the fight for my life and needed an advocate who believed in me and would stand up for me. Mike went the extra mile by filing the necessary court documents and appealing to the judge to consider appropriate legal arguments. Mike's tenacity, focus and legal skills made a tremendous difference in my situation. My case was dismissed without going to trial. He did a remarkable job of which I am very grateful. I would definitely recommend Mike as an intelligent, hardworking and competent attorney. Thanks.

Gets it done!

This is a man who knows how to make it happen. I needed Mr. Schillinger for a moving traffic violation and he did the impossible. Nothing on my record, no points, and barely a fine. He got me out of a rather serious situation and I could not be happier!
