I worked for an agency for many years. During the last year, I worked with an individual who was sexist. I requested a transfer verbally on numerous occasions but this fell on deaf ears. Just a quick background story. I, as a professional employee of a very large company that i had been working for approximately five years, I was being bullied, discriminated against, retaliated against, was constantly being threatened to be fired, for nothing legitimate. He and colleague Kyle got right to work, fiilng EEOC charges and just basically took the reigns and told me to let them drive and they WILL stop this "freight train" Not only did he have the woman fired, but he was able to get a nice settlement for my mental anguish and other nonsense things they made me do. Scott and colleagues are Kind, Knowledgeable and they absolutely 100% care about their clients!! It is not very often you find genuine people, but he is certainly one them. I could never have been so brave to go up against a large company like this if it hadn't been for Scott and his wonderful staff. Trust me when i say if you looking for an employment lawyer, consider at least meeting him
