I was devastated when after 40 plus years I was laid off. Scott was able to not only explain my options he was was able to calm me. When all was said and done I’m still out of work but I can afford to pay my bills while I look for work.

Look no further...If labor law is your issue then Scott is your guy.. The way the law is written I did not get that much of a settlement... So therefore Scott did not take any fee for himself...Great Service/Great Values...Still came out ahead of the game. If I ever need labor law again--I would neve...r go to anyone else.

All I can say is I have read the reviews and this guy is a piece of work...I had him for 4 years and it was a complete waste of my time and money...do not use this lawyer if you have 20,000 thousand dollars because that is chump change to him at one point in the case with me he just stopped hugging ...me and I could tell he had had it. It was a very painful experience but deserved it. I wanted to sue and I seemed revenge...and if you seek revenge dig two graves. There are good and bad lawyers like everything else. I gave him a 5 stars for being knowledgeable because he is smart at screwing you.

With intent this untrustworthy lawyer killed my case and took my money ,and I was trying to stop wrongdoing at lipa keyspan (2004) that would have made the changes at the utility which would have given us all on long island a better result after superstorm sandy and irene. He could not have worked an...y harder to sabatoge any chance at success for all ratepayers.Wrongdoing was in the multi millions mishkin pals had more cash then me.More to come very soon. A woman named Michele Bracco who died after sandy(nov. 5th) would be alive today if mishkin had not done his dirty deeds. This guy is not jiggy with do no harm oath. He finds who u r in conflict with and its who is the highest bidder.BEWARE OF THIS MONSTER
