Passion prevails!

Scott Michael Mishkin made the difference in our case! After interviewing several attorneys for potential representation in a case involving my son, Scott Mishkin was the clear choice. While other attorneys gave me little to no hope in taking our case against a powerhouse, Scott listened to my so...n’s story and became angry about what happened to him. Before being retained, Scott took the time to look up other cases that he thought could apply to our case, and he explained to me the manner in which he would present the case. While of course there were no guarantees, he felt we had a good chance to win. I could feel the passion he had to reverse the wrong that had occurred. Well, I’m happy to say that Scott did a great job, and we won the original decision and a subsequent appeal! He really knows how to present cases in a well thought out and intelligent manner, and he's not in it just for the paycheck. I truly believe that Scott is the reason we won…because he actually cared enough! You will be in good hands if you retain Scott Mishkin!
