I worked for an agency for many years. During the last year, I worked with an individual who was sexist. I requested a transfer verbally on numerous occasions but this fell on deaf ears. Just a quick background story. I, as a professional employee of a very large company that i had been working for approximately five years, I was being bullied, discriminated against, retaliated against, was constantly being threatened to be fired, for nothing legitimate. I could never have been so brave to go up against a large company like this if it hadn't been for Scott and his wonderful staff.
