I made my initial appointment with Scott and he went over every single detail and was honest to take all the information in and will honestly tell you if you have a case and proceed. He’s completely honest, no result is guaranteed of course, but if you want to have someone who communicates very thoroughly, will do what’s best for YOU, then you can’t get better than him. He’s not going to entertain a case as an attempt if it’s not in your best interest. At our first appointment I knew I didn’t have to meet another attorney before I finalized my choice. I met with him and knew he would do the right thing for me and he will guide me and most importantly help at a time that is, to say the least, a hard time in your life. But knowing he’s representing you, you can feel you have a guardian standing with you to help. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else to take this over and be in control of holding people accountable on your behalf. You won’t ever wonder if you made the right choice. Almost literally you can take all the details and give them to him and he bears the weight and carries it for you. He’s a lawyer who empathizes with you, directs you, advocates for you and will do the right thing for you. I don’t think I could’ve found anyone else who would’ve been as honest, professional, empathetic, and detail all the steps you are going to take. You can be secure with him that you made the best choice at this horrible time in your life.
