I highly recommend Scott Michael Mishkin. I had a consultation with him because I had reported someone for sexual harassment at a major healthcare conglomerate. I wasn't sure how to proceed, as I was being intensely interviewed by their Human Resources department. Scott guided me every step of the... way, whether it be how to handle contact with their Human Resources or updating me consistently about the status of our case and his communications with the other legal counsel. My case was unique foe various reasons, but Scott researched the case law and put the pressure on the opposing counsel every step of the way. He fought for me when I was being gaslit by the opposing counsel and Human Resources, got the person I reported fired after his years long abuse, and reached a settlement for me that was not only monetary, but allowed me to keep my job. Losing a job is not easy especially when you know it was done in a way that is unfair or even breaks the law.
