Unreliable attorney that is difficult to reach
I hired Attorney Peter Rand in November, 2018 to evict tenants from my rental property. He was very late in filing court papers. Replied last February 22, 2019I normally would not respond to something like this, but the factual inaccuracies are too much to ignore. A full trial on the merits of the case was had, and the judge did in fact issue a warrant of eviction and substantial money judgement to the client. Warrant of eviction was processed and money judgment entered. The client's expectation of when the sheriff might be able to process the eviction may have been unreasonable, and we regret that the client misunderstood the eviction process. We will take this opportunity to ensure that going forward our clients have a clear understanding of eviction procedures, and look forward to serving their legal interests.
