The Appellate Division affirmed the Suffolk County Family Court's decision not to grant a reduction of the child support and maintenance that was owed to Mr. Arazoza's client.
The Appellate Division affirmed the decision of the Suffolk County Supreme Court awarding Mr. Arazoza's client spousal maintenance for twenty-five years in the amount of $10,760 per month.
