Kevin Patrick Cadden

Mr Cadden represented me in the Southampton Justice Court a charges of DWI , Failure to signal and possession of Marijuana. I was pulled over and arrested by a Southampton Town Police officer. I live in Manhattan and was staying in the Hamptons for the weekend when i got arrested. I got releas...ed and was told to come back to court in 3 weeks with an attorney. I made a few calls to some attorney friends i have here in NY and was directed to Mr Cadden as the "man to see for all east end criminal and traffic matters". I found out he was indeed. Mr Cadden was able to convince the DA to reduce my DWI charge to a speeding ticket, and the Failure to Signal charge was dismissed as was The Marijuana charge. I paid a $375 fine for the speeding conviction. Based on my observations of Mr Cadden in Court he appears to be very well known and respected by the Judge, DA's and people who work in The Southampton Court. As a word of caution, his fee was by no means cheap, but It was worth it considering the outstanding results.
