Do yourself a favor do not use this lawyer. Completely unprofessional worst experience made very huge mistake in My divorce case and blatantly denied the mistake when I continuously and very clearly showed it to him. Mr. kommar represented me 4 years ago with my divorce. I thought he had my best interest in mind at the time but I always noticed he wasn’t a fighter he kind of just went with the flow. After four years it was brought to my attention that there were very significant miscalculations in the amount of ...child support I was supposed to pay and these amounts were put into my final agreement.Because of the miscalculations I have overpaid $17,000 in the past four years. I tried bringing these to Mr. kommar’s attention by speaking to him and by sending him different emails showing him the mistakes and he not only denied them but Has completely ignored my requests to meet with him in person to show him the mistakes. It’s a shame that you hire and pay a professional trusting that they are doing everything correctly because that is their field otherwise if we knew how to handle all these things we would not have to hire them yet when they make a big mistake like this not only are they not held accountable but they don’t have the honor to make it right. I do not recommend Mr. kommar as a lawyer unless you want a lawyer who is a pessimist and lacks the energy to fight for their client. **Update** I have met with a different lawyer who immediately saw the many mathematical mistakes of numbers that do not even exist as well as wording mistakes. We are taking the time to correct the mistakes and take it to court. I am a very responsible father and very active on my daughters life who has never missed one payment of my child support and is only trying to correct a very obvious mistake. It is a shame and very unprofessional on Mr. Kommars behalf to try and defame me by and make it look as otherwise. Not to mention how unprofessional it is that he is discussing my private case which he handled here in public I’m pretty sure that is against the lawyer client contract. Red flags which should not be ignored. It is good to have found an honest energetic professional lawyer that knows what he is doing. Not a lawyer who is not honest enough to acknowledge a big mistake he has done to a paying client. I was completely ignored when trying to show the mistakes which he most likely clearly saw but did not want to take accountability. Do yourself a favor there are plenty of lawyers out there with more than enough good reviews that are worth taking a chance on with your case. Do not take a chance with someone that has such few amount of reviews and most of them negative.

I hired the same day of the free consultation, my mistake, he charge 2,5 hrs for this time of breaking the ice, talking about his experience, what he can get for me, aid I divorce I felt confident after talking about my life and his life, he a good salesperson, and seems nice friendly and honest in ...appearance, and I hired him, next day I dropped my taxes for making copies but no action will be taken until my husband serve me, he charged me 1,5 hrs for making copies, I was only protecting me I did not want to put the divorce I told him we are trying counseling but we are still not together completely, Mr Kommor never answered phones after several messages and emails, then he calls back, every call every message is 30 min even if is 5 min call or 5 word email,I decided to keep waiting to see what happens but my husband says he won’t divorce, I asked for the money after almost 2 yrs he says if is anything left, he never reply my calls now I received an invoice and all the money is gone in phone calls and emails and preparation and study of documents when we never filed any court paper. And I told him I won’t take any action until he does the first step and this never happened. I even owe him money and he don’t even answer any call or email anymore. Because the money is gone? I lost $7500. Be careful.
