Biography
I am a partner at Lazer Aptheker Rosella & Yedid, P.C. and co-chair the firm's Litigation practice group, Matrimonial practice group, and Bankruptcy practice group.
My areas of practice include commercial litigation, construction litigation, matrimonial law and bankruptcy. I have represented a wide range of clients including corporate and individual debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcies, subcontractors, general contractors, suppliers and owners in construction litigation, residential and commercial landlords in landlord/tenant proceedings, individuals in matrimonial and support proceedings, and borrowers and lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions.
I have also been a volunteer attorney for the Pro Bono Project's Bankruptcy Screening Panel since 1993 and have represented bankruptcy and matrimonial clients referred by Nassau/Suffolk Law Services Pro Bono Project.
