Although I was initially concerned with how things would turn out, I found that Bobby D. has a slightly different tactic than what I'd expected. In attempts to settle out of court, defense continuously low-balled us, but my attorney & I both found their offers unacceptable. Ultimately we decided a tr...ial would be best. While many a counsel attempt to attack like a pit bull, Bobby D. kept his eyes on the prize and focused on preparation. He meticulously prepped medical records and planned for any & all possible arguments the defense might make in order to thwart our case. He made sure I had adequate practice with what may happen once I took the stand and was cross examined. When the time came, we blew them away!!! Bobby D. was stellar in his dialogue to the jury & all the preparation for testimony on the stand paid off immensely. The jury awarded far more than what we even asked for. I'm sure it was a somber moment for the defense. All in all if you want an attorney who wont let insurance companies take advantage of you & will hold your case to the standards it deserves, Bobby Dallas is someone you want in your corner.

My dealing with Robert was after a case that involved me being a passenger in a limousine that was struck by a drunk driver. Robert handled everything in a prompt and professional manner, making the process of obtaining compensation a simple and straight forward one. At no point in our dealings, did ...I have any doubt about the level of knowledge and competence that is common among Robert and the rest of his staff. I can say with absolute certainty that Robert secured himself a lifelong, loyal client. I dont know what to say.. This was not my first dealings with lawyers... but the difference with Rob and the firm was totally positive. on all counts!!! just warm and great to deal with.. i feel like I've gotten a friend.. not just a lawyer... put it this way.. in the past most lawyers I've dea...lt with fit the standard jokes.... Not this firm... my dealings were with a car accident i was in in dec 2011 and i had lost my job due to the injuries and around that time.. actually a little later my pt suggested it wasnt too late to deal with a lawyer and told me about Giacovino and Lake.. I went there, met Steve and was assigned Rob who I also met.. and we were in constant contact all during the year. the best word i can is he (and they) are a meanch. its yiddesh for a "real human being"
