I dont know what to say.. This was not my first dealings with lawyers... but the difference with Rob and the firm was totally positive. on all counts!!! just warm and great to deal with.. i feel like I've gotten a friend.. not just a lawyer... put it this way.. in the past most lawyers I've dea...lt with fit the standard jokes.... Not this firm... my dealings were with a car accident i was in in dec 2011 and i had lost my job due to the injuries and around that time.. actually a little later my pt suggested it wasnt too late to deal with a lawyer and told me about Giacovino and Lake.. I went there, met Steve and was assigned Rob who I also met.. and we were in constant contact all during the year. the best word i can is he (and they) are a meanch. its yiddesh for a "real human being"
