Biography
I am a Managing Partner at Lazer Aptheker Rosella & Yedid, P.C. and the chairman of its Corporate and Business practice group.
For over 25 years, I have represented clients ranging from small closely-held and family businesses to large public companies in structuring and negotiating corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, secured and unsecured financing and other general commercial transactions. I also provide clients with general business and corporate law advice and have extensive experience in drafting and negotiating shareholder, operating and partnership agreements and employment contracts and in handling certain intellectual property, computer software licensing and internet law matters.
I am a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association and have served as the Co-Chair of its Corporate Law Committee. I have also lectured on various corporate and commercial law topics for the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants.
