Michael was handed a very difficult situation in the 11th hour of my divorce proceedings, coming into the picture right before a scheduled trial date (due to circumstances beyond either of our control with my previous attorney). His level of professionalism is exceptional and his knowledge of the div...orce laws is extensive. My circumstances were a bit complex and negotiations, prior to Michael's involvement, were always contentious. He was available when I needed him and he always took the time to explain what he felt would be the most effective course of action. He listened to my concerns and made sure he fully understood all of the details, especially those surrounding the financial circumstances. I came into contact with Attorney Rubenfeld through a mutual friend who is also a lawyer. He was highly recommended after spending a enormous amount of money through another attorney that did not handle my case properly.
