In 2003, Lee graduated from New York Law School and was subsequently admitted to practice in the State of New York. After admission, Lee joined The Odierno Law Firm, P.C.’s no-fault litigation department.
Lee has conducted thousands of successful no-fault trials in all major areas of no-fault litigation including post denial treatment, peer review denials, coverage issues, partial payments, EUO denials and provider fraud. He is the managing attorney in the no-fault department and is responsible for all legal aspects of the no-fault department, from client acquisition and retention to motion practice to trial strategy.
