I hired Jack Genser of the law firm, Genser & Dubow, shortly after my son was in a horrible car accident that left him brain damaged. I confirmed with Jack that the charges to open a trust fund for my son's IRA money would be no more than $2,500. At the time of my son's accident, his IRA balance was $140,000.To date, he has nothing left. The law firm charged $35,000 in legal fees & because Jack filed the social services paperwork in the wrong state, the state and the hospital took the rest. Even after I fired the law firm, they made my brain damaged son sign papers to keep billing him. They do not care about people, Just Money.
