Ilene was my lawyer. I now need to go back to court several years later due to all the errors she made. Allowed my ex husband to have a cap and follow all standards of the nys child support laws. She told me she made sure was my son was well taken care of and she made stipulations to the divorce agre...ement as she had me sign every page. $50k later I find my ex has truly been gifted by my lawyer to just follow Nys child support act. What was I paying all this money for to negotiate when she basically followed all Nys standards for college, no sports, and allowing him to maximally pay $2100 per month towards child support when his salary is now over $300k. That’s not even 10 percent when I was the one left paying all of the bills. Now need to return to court to fix all of the courtesies she left for my ex to take. I assure you, she never would have signed the agreement she handed me with a smile.
