Gerald Kaiser

Gerald Kaiser has been an attorney for over 30 year with a wide range of experience in all types of personal injury matters, including Labor Law, Municipal Liability, Product Liability and Pharmaceutical Litigation. After earning his JD from Brooklyn Law School Gerald went on to become a partner in the firm of Kaiser & Hirsch. He subsequently co-founded and was senior partner in the firm of Napoli Kaiser. His firms have recovered over one billion dollars for its clients during his tenure. He has also been a court appointed arbitrator and a member of the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Old Westbury for many years. In addition, Gerald co-founded and was lead outside director of a local community Bank, He is a philanthropist who sits on the Board of such institutions as Molloy College, the Glaucoma Foundation and The Theodore Roosevelt Council of the Boy Scouts of America, where he currently serves as General Counsel. He also chairs or is a member of numerous committees of these organizations.
