Mr. Goldstein represented me with respect to allegations of zoning violations and disputed claims of land ownership with respect to waterfront property. Resolution of the matter required research into very old land records and marshaling of testimony with respect to the age and use of structures ere...cted prior to enactment of land and waterfront building codes. I was impressed by his knowledge of the law and his ability to focus on the critical issues. His representation of me before the zoning board was first-rate, as were his efforts on my behalf during the lengthy and difficult negotiations that followed the hearing.
