My husband and I were very satisfied with the services provided by attorney Andrew M. Doktofsky. He was successful in having an automatic stay terminated so we were able to continue the eviction process to remove the tenants residing in our house and regain use of our property. All of our phone cal...ls and emails were returned promptly. Andrew took the time to answer all our questions and explain in detail how he would proceed so we had a good understanding how the process worked and what the time frame would be. His fee was reasonable and what he originally quoted to us on our first visit. We weren't charged anything extra or unexpected. We would highly recommend his services and would use Andrew again in the future should the need arise.

I've dealt with lawyers most of my adult life, and for the record let me state ( I don't like them ! ) if you are looking for a lawyer with morals , scruples, a straight shooter who has your best interest in mind , you will most likely NOT find it in a lawyer. Having said all of the above I set ou...t trying to find help vacating a judgement against me. I spoke with just about every lawyer on Long Island and most were impatient , rude, or non responsive, until I read a article andrew had written on a similar case as mine, clear ,concise, and factual, with no bs. I'm not a intellectual by no means, I'm a hard working individual with just a high school diploma ( ged) and when I finally went to see andrew I found he was a retired law inforcement officer who had also worked hard all his life, with a sence of justice, compassion, empathy and very humble personality............( NOT YOUR BASIC LAWYER ) I've made a lot of bad decisions in my life, but hiring Andrew was not one of them - in fact it was probably the best decision I've ever made. Andrew had won my case ! But even if we had lost, I would have still felt the same. I'm deeply indebted to Andrew for his help and understanding. I would not hesitate to hire him again , or ask for assistance in any other matter where law is concerned.....thank you Andrew .
