Michele Renee Messina

As a client of Ms. Messina's, I have to applaud her and her entire team for their efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness. What really exceeded my expectations was, besides handling everything on the "business end", they were just there every time I called to assure me that everything was fine..., which is rather rare these days to have that human touch. Thank you Michele, Denise, & Christina so very much.

I'm a first time home buyer and Michelle Messina's office was recommended by my Real estate agent. And thank God she helped us with this as I had no idea how much work goes into a closing for a home. Michelle and her team helped us step by step and was very informative and patient with us. They expla...ined everything and was on our side the whole time. They set up our contracts and had everything we needed to be done in a timely manner. They also were in contact with us as soon as an issue arises or saw an issue that would potentially arise. I highly recommend Michelle Messina for all your home contract needs.

Rarely was able to speak directly with her after retaining her services. Her staff makes you feel as if they are bothered by your call, they are dismissive, forgetful and predominantly guess when you ask them specific questions. If you have time-sensitive questions you will not receive a timely ans...wer, if you receive one at all. Either she takes on too many clients at once, or she is not great at her job, or perhaps both. Either way hiring her was a regrettable experience.

So how did I find this awesome lady? At a homebuyer's education workshop held by CDCLI. She presented and I told my boyfriend right then and there, oh she's ours! We're definitely choosing her to be our attorney. BEST DECISION made! She's so witty and on her game! She helped me throughout my whole pr...ocess. She gave me advice on what to do what not to do, what to ask what not to ask during my home search. She offered kind words of encouragement when I lost accepted offers to cash buyers and higher offers. She never once made me feel like the only time I could speak to her was once I was ready to sign a contract. She always let me know "any time." She answered all my questions and promptly. Then when I finally got an accepted offer that stood, and came in to sign my contract, I met her amazing staff! They are just as awesome, especially that ANNIE!! The closing table, WHOA! what an overwhelming experience! But Michele explained everything to us in layman's terms and eased our stresses. Even my father-in-law (total hard ass) was impressed with the way she explained ALL those documents. I would recommend her to any and everyone who needs a real estate attorney.
