So how did I find this awesome lady? At a homebuyer's education workshop held by CDCLI. She presented and I told my boyfriend right then and there, oh she's ours! We're definitely choosing her to be our attorney. BEST DECISION made! She's so witty and on her game! She helped me throughout my whole pr...ocess. She gave me advice on what to do what not to do, what to ask what not to ask during my home search. She offered kind words of encouragement when I lost accepted offers to cash buyers and higher offers. She never once made me feel like the only time I could speak to her was once I was ready to sign a contract. She always let me know "any time." She answered all my questions and promptly. Then when I finally got an accepted offer that stood, and came in to sign my contract, I met her amazing staff! They are just as awesome, especially that ANNIE!! The closing table, WHOA! what an overwhelming experience! But Michele explained everything to us in layman's terms and eased our stresses. Even my father-in-law (total hard ass) was impressed with the way she explained ALL those documents. I would recommend her to any and everyone who needs a real estate attorney.

Recently my husband passed away and within months I needed to make a lot of life changes. One of which was selling my home as soon as possible. Ms. Messina and her wonderful staff lead me through the entire process from contracts to closing, as hard as it was to sell my home and while still grievi...ng my husband, I didn't have to worry and follow up and stress about the sale of my home. Whenever I called the office the staff was efficient and friendly and all the girls in the office were up to speed on what was happening with my file. Ms. Messina and her office made this so easy for me and I am very appreciative of all their hard work. I would recommend Michele Messina and I would definately use Ms. Messina for any legal issues in the future. She was outstanding!

What a big help Michele Messina was in my case. I had another attorney and he completely screwed up my short sale and almost lost my buyers. I was then referred to Michele by my realtor who got a handle on my case and saved this deal from falling apart. She got my short sale approved by my lender a...nd we were able to close on my house. Michele and her staff were very caring with me and my situation. Big thanks to her for all her help.
