Michele R. Messina and her team were with me every step of the way on my home purchase. They were prompt with email responses and always picked up the phone when I called. I must say Michele and her staff were very professional and polite every step of the way. I would definitely use her again and... will recommend her.

Michele Messina is tenacious, incredibly intelligent, and professional. Buying or selling a home is stressful and emotions can run high so often times if people do not get a response back right away from this office they get anxious. I must agree with some of the other posts that her staff can come... across aggressive and rude but I never experienced that personally (just by hearing only one side of the conversation while waiting in the office). However, when I had my initial meeting with Michele when I was purchasing my house, I asked her up front about her responsiveness and the process of communication and what I should expect. She was upfront and honest and I knew what to expect and the transaction went well with the closing. I do think she is extremely busy but I support women businesses and I think she is in a tough market. It's like any relationship, they take time, ability to build trust, faith, patience, mercy and understanding. I am going to use her again to sell my house and I would recommend her.
